Seeing Billy Joel & Sting in San Antonio

Billy Joel! He has so many amazing songs. Vienna. Uptown Girl. We Didn't Start The Fire. Piano Man.

The list goes on and on.

Sting, I admit, I don't know as many of his songs. But I still enjoyed his voice.

My Mom was gracious enough to purchase tickets to the Sting & Billy Joel concert for us when they came to San Antonio. Large concerts are usually held at the Alamodome

We had lovely seats, thanks to Mom, and the food wasn't bad either. The burger actually had flavor and Mom's tenders were juicy and not dry. Overpriced, yes, but at least edible.

Sting came on first and he sang some good songs. A few I did recognize like that one that goes "Oh can't you see? You belong to me.."

There was a little break and then Billy Joel came out. Even if you're like, "Who is Billy Joel?" I am sure you've heard his music before.

If you've seen The Office, you'll probably recognize his song We Didn't Start The Fire, only they changed it to "RYAN STARTED THE FIRE!"

It was a packed room. With all the turmoil with elections coming up, it was nice that everyone was brought together.

When Billy sang Piano Man, we all sang as one and some people turned the flashlight on their phone.

It was a wonderful evening. If Billy Joel is coming to where you are, I recommend seeing him. You can check here to see if he's coming to your area.

What's your fave Billy Joel song?
